1. Donations

  • Non-Refundable: Donations made to FAIR PLAY SPORTS FOUNDATION are voluntary contributions to support our mission of empowering youth and uplifting marginalized communities through education, sports, disaster relief, and social awareness. As such, donations are generally non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
  • Exceptions:
    • Processing Errors: If a donation is made in error (e.g., incorrect amount due to a technical issue), you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction. Please contact us with details of the error.
    • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a donation was made fraudulently or without your consent, please notify us immediately for investigation.

2. Program Registrations

  • Cancellation by Participants:
    • For programs requiring registration (e.g., sports tournaments, vocational training, or adventure camps), cancellations must be submitted in writing to fairplaysportsfoundation@gmail.com at least 7 days before the program start date to be eligible for a refund, if applicable.
    • If a registration fee was paid, a full refund may be issued for cancellations made within this period, minus any processing fees (if applicable).
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are not eligible for refunds, but you may request to transfer your registration to a future program, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation by FAIR PLAY SPORTS FOUNDATION:
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, insufficient registrations, or safety concerns).
    • In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and any paid fees will be fully refunded within 15 business days or offered as credit for a future program.
  • No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend a program without prior cancellation notice are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

3. Volunteer Commitments

  • Volunteers may withdraw their commitment to participate in our activities by notifying us in writing at fairplaysportsfoundation@gmail.com. No fees are typically associated with volunteering, so refunds are not applicable.
  • If a volunteer has incurred costs (e.g., travel expenses) for a program that we cancel, we may consider reimbursement on a case-by-case basis, subject to documentation and approval.

4. Event or Campaign Contributions

  • For contributions to specific events or campaigns (e.g., fundraising drives or disaster relief efforts), refunds are not available unless the event is canceled by FAIR PLAY SPORTS FOUNDATION, and funds have not yet been allocated.
  • If an event is canceled, we will notify contributors and process refunds within 15 business days, if applicable, or offer the option to redirect funds to another program.

5. Processing Fees

  • Some transactions may incur non-refunded processing fees charged by third-party payment processors. These fees are beyond our control and will be deducted from any refund, if applicable.
